Companies

Companies is responsible for ensuring that the information provided at all times is correct, relevant and up-to-date.

They are responsible for entering into agreements on assignments to be performed. NyeAnbud has nothing to do with entering into an agreement between companies and their customers, performing work, other than developing and operating the platform that mediates contact between the parties.

Users does not have access to run its own dissemination service via NyeAnbud or in any other way disseminate customer information or jobs to others.

Companies pays in advance for one month's access to the service. Payment is deducted automatically every month. No refund is given for amounts paid, but you can unsubscribe from the service at any time. We may terminate the agreement with immediate effect, without obligation to provide any form of reimbursement or compensation to the Company.

We are not responsible for users' evaluations.

In general

The users of the service can unsubscribe from the service at any time.

We have the right to change the appearance, division, functionality and content of the service without prior notice.

All prices are stated including VAT.

We are not a party, and do not take a position on, any disputes and disagreements that arise between companies and private customers who use this service.

The users of the service are responsible for ensuring that the content they publish is not offensive, unreasonable or illegal.

As a user of the service, you agree that your published material, such as evaluation and the like, may be used to market the service. Should there still be something you do not want published, then just get in touch and we will remove it!

It is not permitted to publish or upload content that is racist, discriminatory, defamatory, bullying, threatening or pornographic. It is not allowed to upload or publish content that infringes copyright.
